Card data is processed exclusively through the bank, our store does not request or store any details related to your card. Important to know! - No commission is charged for bank card payments!"

The tax invoice will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address specified in your order on the day the parcel is dispatched. If you have not received the tax invoice by e-mail, please contact us at office@darkblades.ro

Delivery information
The delivery is made by the courier company Cargus. Delivery is free for orders with a value greater than or equal to 200 lei. The delivery fee is 14.90 lei for orders with a value of less than 200 lei.

Delivery is made in 24-48 working hours.

Price information
Product prices include 19% VAT.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Good or to give up a Service, within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring costs other than those of delivery, and with receiving the money back within for a maximum of 30 days. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period for returning a Good or giving up a Service expires within 14 days from:

- the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good - if the Buyer orders multiple products in a single order that will be delivered separately

- the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good or the last part - in the case of the delivery of a product that consists of several lots or parts

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal from the Contract:

Supply of Goods made according to the specifications presented by the Buyer or clearly customized;
Providing Goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
The supply of sealed Goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the Buyer (Ex.: Clippers and contouring devices, straightening plates, Curling irons, Hair dryers, Cosmetic equipment , etc.);
Supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements;
The provision of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the provision has begun with the express prior consent of the Buyer and after he has confirmed that he has become aware of the fact that he will lose his right of withdrawal.

For defective products under warranty, please fill out the return request form here.

We would like to inform you that: knives, foils, trimmers and shaver cases, electrical cables and batteries of cordless electrical products are not covered by the warranty. These parts can only be exchanged/repaired against a charge.


Although at every moment we make efforts to ensure the quality and correctness of the articles published on the site, darkblades.com cannot guarantee, expressly or implicitly, regarding its content, the darkblades.com site, the products and services appearing under the auspices of darkblades.com. darkblades.com does not assume responsibility, in any situation, for any damage, caused directly or indirectly, for any direct or indirect lack of profit (including, but not limited to this enumeration: damages for loss of profit, business interruption or other pecuniary damages), suffered as a result of the use or interruption of use or the lack of regularity of the information and services provided by the site, even if darkblades.com had previously warned you that the use of this information without a specialist consultant can generate such damages.
