Refund policy
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, i.e. to return a Good or to cancel a Service, within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than delivery costs. Thus, according to GEO 34/2014, the period for returning a Good or renouncing a Service expires within 14 days from:
- the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good - if the Buyer orders through a single order multiple products to be delivered separately
- the day on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the last Good or part - in the case of delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts
The following are exempted from the right of withdrawal from the Contract:
Supply of Goods made to the specifications submitted by the Buyer or clearly customised;
Supply of Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
Supply of sealed Goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed by the Buyer
Supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
The supply of digital content which is not delivered on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the Buyer's express prior consent and after the Buyer has confirmed that it has become aware that it will lose its right of withdrawal.

For defective products under warranty please fill in the return request form here.
We would like to inform you that: knives, foils, clippers and razor housings, electrical cords and batteries of cordless electrical products are not subject to warranty. These parts can only be exchanged/repaired for a fee.
